By creating an account you agree to use EquoraHub lawfully, to provide accurate information, and to respect other members. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

EquoraHub is a discovery platform. We do not provide equestrian services ourselves and are not party to any contract between an owner and a professional. Professionals listed are independent and remain solely responsible for the services they provide, including holding any required qualifications and insurance.

Premium Membership is a recurring monthly subscription. By subscribing you authorise EquoraHub (via Stripe) to charge your payment method each billing cycle until you cancel.

• Price: £19 per month, billed in GBP
• Billing renews automatically on the same date each month
• You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period
• We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial months
• Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EquoraHub is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform or from the services provided by any professional listed on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app.
